Privacy
How the Club collects and uses information submitted through this website.
Membership information
The Club collects contact and membership details so it can process applications and renewals, maintain the membership register, communicate about Club activities and confirm payments.
Payment information
Card details are not stored by this website. When online card payment is enabled, payment will be processed securely by the Club's payment provider. Bank transfer references and payment status are recorded so the Club can match payments to memberships.
Website enquiries
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored for committee follow-up and sent to the Club's administration email.
Access and correction
Members can ask the Club to correct information held about them. Online renewals use existing membership and contact details to help verify that a person is updating the correct record.
Keeping information secure
Member information is restricted to authorised Club administrators. Administrative access is protected by individual sign-in controls, rate limiting and encrypted HTTPS connections.
