Membership information
The Club collects contact and membership details so it can process applications and renewals, maintain the membership register, communicate about Club activities and confirm payments.
Payment information
Card details are not stored by this website. When card payment is enabled, payment is completed through Stripe's hosted checkout. Bank transfer references and payment status are recorded so the Club can match payments to memberships.
Website enquiries
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored for committee follow-up and sent to the Club's administration email.
Access and correction
Members may ask the Club to view or correct their personal information by emailing bridportexservicesclub@gmail.com.
Security and retention
Access to member records is restricted to authorised administrators. Information is retained only for Club administration, legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
